Live Web Based Instruction

In this live training over the web or via video, participants can view presentations on their computers while simultaneously listening to or viewing the instructor. IPG uses this advanced technology because of the way it simulates the classroom experience for sales training or management training. This methodology is often blended with classroom teaching for maximum results.  


Traditional Classroom

For our sales training, service training, or trade show training programs, class size can range from 12 to 70 people depending upon your needs and the subject matter. IPG will provide additional resources as the size expands so that your people will not lose the individual attention needed for a successful program. For our R.E.A.L.™ Leadership program, 8-24 people per class is recommended.

Video Conferencing

Class sizes same as above in total, over multiple locations. IPG will provide additional resources as the size expands so that your people will not lose the individual attention needed for a successful program. Management involvement is critical to keep people focused and to apply materials.

Train the Trainer (T3 Certification)

To become certified, trainers attend class conducted by IPG followed by "Teachback" days conducted by trainers for IPG instructors. IPG personnel attend first few classes with trainers to coach and counsel.  After certification is completed, client pays for materials only and at a dramatically discounted rate.

1:1 Coaching

Quite often, our clients ask us what is needed to increase the performance of key individuals. All IPG personnel have extensive backgrounds in management and personnel development so that we can provide the insights and coaching necessary to help.
