Jonathan,
There is a saying that "the teacher appears when the student is ready".
There is no more appropriate phrase for the work we have been doing
with each other over the last 15 months.
As you know, Enunciate is one of the most successful companies in the
Canadian market, but like any company, we need to grow, adapt and
change to maintain our success.
We initially contacted you to help us with our sales process and skills, but I
am glad to say you have helped us in other significant ways as well.
Specifically, our entire management team (sales, service, administrative,
finance) needed to mature in order to guide, coach and lead our people
to sell higher end solutions and stem the tide of price erosion and ever
increasing competition.
Well, the results speak for themselves. Although we had a bit of a rocky
start adjusting to the new direction (as we expected) the entire
organization is now focused on doing the right things. We have put in
place the goals, expectations and measurements needed to achieve our
goals in 2006 and 2007. Our sales effort is clicking on all cylinders and our
support team is providing the kind of service that we are so noted for.
Jonathan, thanks for your help. We look forward to continuing our work
with you and IPG.
