Dear Jonathan:

I wanted to take time to recognize you and your organization for the tremendous work you do for the Dell Public Sector.

As you know, Dell's success is due to our ability to move fast, respond to customer needs and provide high quality products to drive satisfaction.  Training and developing our people is no different.  We need to work with outside organizations that are knowledgeable, have high credibility with our outside and inside sales teams, and can create programs that are very specific to our content and time demands.  IPG does as good a job as anyone I have ever worked with in my 14 years in this field.  The background and experience of your staff is extremely diverse.  This I sincerely feel is the key difference.

One last note.  Content is nothing without strong, credible, experienced facilitators.  People who have walked the walk and know how to impart their experience.  We have worked with many of the people in IPG and have complete confidence in who you assign to Dell.  They all bring the credentials we need to represent my organization and get the job done.
